The aim of the study was to determine the factor structure of the questionnaire and to evaluate the predictive validity of individual difference measures for tolerance to shiftwork (health, sleep problems. Subjects were 204 male students studyng to be operators at the oil refinery, who were followed up after a one year of shiftwork experience.
