Válcování za studena trip oceli po termomechanickém zpracování
The steels with high strength and good formability were developing for car industry because of reaction to opposite demands to rising security of crew and present reduction of weight car. Among the steels with high strength are classified TRIP steels with multiphase microstructure created by die of ferrite, diffussed bainit and important amount of metastabilite residual austenit. The gist of TRIP effect, let us say stress induced martenzit transformation, consists in stress that is given rise to transformation of austenit to martensit during cold forming. The ratio strength and ductility is getting up due to TRIP effect. The mechanical properties of TRIP steels greatly depend on amount of residua austenit and its stability. The mechanical properties of TRIP steels after thermomechanical rolling were determined first in the laboratory treatment. Then the samples were austenised and cold rolled and after that intercritic annealing. Before annealing the computer simulation of cooling of single samples to detail laboratory process. The experiment mechanical properties of this worked steel was later analyzed and compared with original stage, it means after thermomechanical rolling. The attention was given to microstructure evaluation and determines of hardness, let us say strength of the material.
