Seam joint strength, stretchability and resistance to slippage depend upon a number of factors, the key ones being thread quality, seam and needly type, sewing speed, type and weave of the fabric and others. It is thus necessary to do some testings, investigations and optimising of the process, primarily due to the interactions of a number of parameters, to create the basis of producing a high-quality seam joints, meeting all the preconditions of proper use.
