The Chron's disease activity assessment

The aim was to assess the prognostic value of different laboratory parameters to define the activity of Chron s disease.The atempt was made to create and test the system for the detection of parameters with prediction potential reagarding the disease activity. The model and formulas were tested on the second of 15 patients with active Chron's disease with good correlation with the standard clinical CDAI (p<0, 001)
