Sensitivity in DEA for arbitrary perturbations of data in the CCR model
Sensitivity analysis in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is studied for arbitrary additive perturbations of all data in the Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes (CCR) model for which efficiency of an efficient decision making unit (DMU) is preserved. Sufficient conditions for an efficient DMU to preserve its efficiency under the changes of all data are found. Regions of efficiency and regions of joint efficiency are introduced. In that way it can be found out how to change outputs or/and inputs while preserving efficiency of all efficient DMUs. An illustrative numerical example is provided.
