Community Rights of Individuals in National Courts

The article deals with the position of an individual within the new, supranational Community legal order. It addresses the questions how an individual becomes a subject to the Community legal rules and what possibilities of enforcing Community rights in courts an individual has. In this context, the author re-examines some basic principles of Community law.
