MANAGAMENT IN MARKETING POSITIONING OF HOTEL OFFER IN ISTRIA
Istria has extraordinary conditions for the development of hotel industry. Demand for the hotel offer is in changes constantly. In order to meet the growing and various demands, one must come up with a more qualitative and diverse offer. Hotel management in Istria is very well aware of that. They have chosen the new developmental and organizational tourism and hotel model which will ensure a more qualitative and attractive offer and better marketing organization for its promotion on the market. This objective can be achieved with the help of integral development strategy and with involving all subjects in hotel management
