Students’ Evaluations and Action Research to Enhance University Teaching Effectiveness
The article is an attempt to provide support for an assumption that students’ evaluations provide an effective means of improving teaching and that action research and action learning may be an appropriate avenue for the empowerment of teaching. The article is not offering a solution or panacea but rather opening a debate. Hopefully, this is a contribution to the growing body of research of SETs (Students’ Evaluations of Teaching) and teaching effectiveness.
