Visual communication and holistic public action
Author is conducting holistic analysis of historical and communicational genesis of visual communication, and the main goal is establishing new communicative paradigm of holistic strategy of public action. The paper is analysing basic operative terms of visual fenomenology, which determine holistic strategy of public action in global world with the new culture of communicating. New worlds of visual communication are observed as a cultural, social and communicational process of adjustment of visual technologies in the process of creating new strategy of public action, living and understanding among all citizens about the questions concerning human development and society in general.
