Ewing sarcoma of the rib in a rower: a case report

Although the incidence of Ewing sarcoma (ES) is very low, the symptoms of ES localized to the chest wall may mimic the symptoms of a rib stress fracture that is common in rowers. The delay in a diagnosis of ES due to similar symptoms in these 2 conditions may waste precious time and affect outcome.
