Call centre is central place for gathering and distribution of all vital information's, its unavoidable strategy part for advanced relationship with system users. It's exactly technological solution for effective communication with large number of users, used for servicing incoming entity's in Call centre system. Good example for availability analysis. In work aspects of Call centre telecommunications operator availability have been considered, accent was on descriptive and statistic scientific approach of monitoring Call centre through determinable period, therefore it could be managed in efficient and optimal way.
