Environmental Protection vs. Finance in Globalisation processes
In this paper we are dealing with environmental dimensions of globalization, the risks and the opportunities that intensified liberalization of trade and the increased transboundary capital transactions bring. For the economy and trade to coexist in an environmentally sound way it is important to conduct some kind of regulatory framework to ensure that environmental protection achievements of companies are rewarded to a greater extent than before, and that material and energy intensive production methods are restricted. We are mentioning six major global environmental assets that represent key areas of national and international environmental policy and action. Further, we give our taughts concerning financing environmental protection in tourism and the impact of globalization on environmental protection in tourism and finance in developing countries.
