A Short Overview of the Croatian Competition Law Regime

The article briefly discusses alignment of Croatian competition rules with the acquis communautaire, and the way EC competition rules are being applied in practice. Main characteristics of the system of concentrations control is described. Also, brief account on cartel enforcement practice in Croatia is presented.
