Modelling And Simulation of The Selection Of Optimal Lubricators By Cold Drawing

The mathematical experimental method modelling described shows that the friction coefficient and contact temperature can excatly be determined on the contact surface of tool and workpiece, which is significant for the proper tool construction , selection of optimal lubricant , less tool and energy consumption. The obtained results and mathematical models indicate that the ceefficients of friction and temperature is depend on the drawing speed, degree of strain and technological lubricant used.It was determined that the best lubricants were coatngs with sodium soap:Sodium soapy powder plus calcium stearate,where is coefficient of contact friction is 0,045-0,058.
