Modelling And Minimization Of The Deformation Force And The Working Pressure Of The Plastic Forming Process
The purpose of mathematical modelling and minimization of deformation force and the working pressure of plastic forming process is to increase the durability of tool loading and the productivity of the working process, to reduce stagnation time in the working process , lessen the energy consumption and tools and lessen the production costs. The minimal value of the basic mechanical indicator (working stress, pressure, deformation force, specific deformation work) of the process depend on the quality of the contact conditions (lubrication, roughness of working surface ot tool and workpiece, tribological and another coatings of working surface of tool and workpiece) and the geometry of the tool working zone. In this paper, some results of the modelling and minimization of the deformation force and the working pressure for the deep drawing process with or without wall thickness reduction, extrusion process and drawing profiles and presented. The theoretical research is experimentally supported
