Education - way to (in)equality of genders

In this project, the analysis of different approaches shows marginalization of women’ s education, as well as accepting of solutions where a man is a norm and reference. Although there are no institutional frames which would restrict women’ s education, there are still more illiterate women, in the world, than men. Reasons for this could be searched in culturally colored approaches which favor men in all the aspects, so well in education. On formal level, in majority of the countries, we can not talk about discriminative systems. There is a number of socially created threads which show that formal equality has not ensured balance between men and women in the fields of professional orientation, training, employing, taking part in society as a whole, and especially, in making decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to create different curriculums of education or the feminist pedagogy which legitimates personal experience and arena for intellectual testing, insisting on connection between emotions and intellect. The most of the feminist educators understand that knowledge is not neutral and necessity to develop a critical awareness. On the other hand, it is also important to be aware of resistance against the feminist educators and complex correlation where male and female are constituted inside.
