The aim of the paper is to show and describe the functioning of the banking system in terms of establishing quality of service delivery to customers, and recognize the basic guidelines for increasing the banking services quality. As the banking system is very dynamic and complex in order to optimize parameters of quality business, bank made the conceptual model that alow further research through simulation models.
