Influence of corporate entrepreneurship on the performance of Croatian large companies

Corporate entrepreneurship refers to activities that improve company’ s capabilities to innovate, bare risk and increase market share. It also refers to development of new products and services, development of new business models and achievements. Corporate entrepreneurship, as an entrepreneur activity in organizations is becoming unavoidable factor of organizational and economic development and in creating value. The goal of this paper is to research the influence of corporate entrepreneurship on business indicators in large Croatian companies.
