Motivation as Effectiveness Factor in Public Administration
Effectiveness of public administration is a contemporary issue of not only the public management doctrine but also of the economic practice whose results have been influenced by the public administration and its creation of legal and sub-legal acts. Such economic organizations also include those performing business activities in tourism industry. The authors of this paper are primarily concerned with the answer to the cause-effect issue of public administration effectiveness, starting from the hypothesis on the importance of public officials’ motivation. Consequently, the research subject of this paper is motivation of public administration officials, who are primarily required to perform professionally and creatively, to ensure high quality and effective aspect of the public administration.
