Plant selection for construction waste recycling

The basic aspects that define the goals of every project with respect construction waste are social, ecological, tehnological and economic effects. The economic component is included directly or indirectly in all of the other three aspects. In the economic and/or financial point of view, the easiest valuation is the recycling technology of construction waste. However, problems arise in the area, especially in countries in transition as is Croatia. The lack of experiance in these countries is taken advantage of by the suppliers of the recycling plant. In many cases they give offers of contracts that result in grave prblems once they are selected. As a proof of this, the paper gives an example of this type of case, as well as solution.
