Designing of Organizational Effectiveness in Public Administration
One of the basic goals of every organization, public administration organizations included, is the increase of organizational effectiveness as a measure of success of business performance. However, all efforts to measure public organization performance also carry supplementary effects - first and foremost that the measurement of effectiveness in itself may become more important than the goals and adopted values. The paper deals with the search of ascertaining public administration effectiveness using the concept of organizational values. It takes into closer consideration the term organizational effectiveness, especially centering around the factors of organizational effectiveness in public administration. Organizational values within public administration are being considered as a possible process model of shaping organizational effectiveness in public administration.
