Method, Algorithm and Program for the Canonical Analysis of Quantitative Changes
Canonical discriminant analysis of changes under the model of differences is the basic method for the analysis of quantitative changes. This method enables testing the hypothesis of the significance of quantitative changes of some set of entities, which are described on the set of quantitative variables at the beginning and at the end of some treatment, an estimation of relative and absolute changes of all variables and identification of the function on which the changes have happened. For analysing the space defined by differences of the results better, the analysis of differences on the first principal component of changes is performed as well as determination of the relations between discriminant function and the first component of differences.
