The aim and purpose of this attention is how be make the best organisational structure that will be capable of ensuring the efficacy and efficiency of a company. To this end, processes are studied that take place within a hotel and that flow through a number of different functions, divisions and departments. That these processes are extremely important is best illustrated in the production of hotel products and services. In the hotel industry, the work process contains all activities linked in a chain. Beginning with all the needs that potential hotel-offering consumers could possibly have during their stay in a hotel, and ending with the guest’s departure, the purpose of these activities is to meet all the guest’s needs.
