Logical oppositions and collective decisions

The so-called ``discursive dilemma" results from the simultaneous presence of many squares of opposition each belonging to a possible majority of individual agents and making together a distributive lattice. We formalize different ways of the majority decision making by means of several three-valued logics and using a generalized definition of the consequence relation. The proposed three-valued logic for simultaneous majority decision making (e.g., referendum) is a proper sublogic of Kleene's three valued logic, which adequatly formalizes a sequential majority decisions making.
