Procjena prehrane trudnica metodom upitnika učestalosti namirnica
Cilj rada je bio procjena prehrane trudnica metodom upitnika učestalosti namirnica, te usporedba zadovoljenja preporuka za unos energije i nutrijenata s dnevnim referentnim unosom za navedene populacijske skupine. Zadatak je uključio i usporedbu trudnica s ispitanicama kontrolne skupine na osnovi unosa nutrijenata. U ispitivanju je sudjelovalo 50 trudnica i 63 ispitanica kontrolne skupine, a provedeno je na području Osječko–baranjske županije. Primjenom upitnika učestalosti namirnica utvrđena je prosječna nutritivna vrijednost dnevnih obroka ispitanica na osnovi podataka o unosu hrane u posljednjih mjesec dana. Utvrđeno je da je procijenjen unos željeza, vitamina E i folata trudnica manji od preporuka za dnevni referentni unos. Procijenjen unos vitamina D, vitamina E, folata i pantotenske kiseline ispitanica kontrolne skupine manji je od preporuka za dnevni referentni unos. Unos svih ostalih makronutrijenata, minerala i vitamina veći je od preporuka. Unos ukupnih masti kod ispitanica kontrolne skupine i trudnica znatno je veći od preporuka. Eventualni razlog visokog unosa je nemogućnost ispitanica da procijene unos i veličinu porcije. Unos energije trudnica i ispitanica kontrolne skupine je odgovarajući u odnosu na preporuke dnevnog referentnog unosa. Na temelju rezultata istraživanja zaključeno je da su osim savjeta ginekologa nužne i smjernice nutricionista o adekvatnoj prehrani u trudnoći.

Dietary assessment of pregnant women using food frequency questionnaire
The aim of this study was dietary assessment of pregnant women using the food frequency questionnaire, as well as the comparison of contentment to meet the recommendations for daily energy and nutrient intake with a daily reference intake for that population groups. Task also included the comparison of pregnant women with the control group based on the input of nutrients. The study include a sample of 50 pregnant women and 63 women in the control group, and was conducted in the Osijek-Baranja county. By using the food frequency questionnaire was found the average nutritional value of daily meals of the subjects on the basis of data on food intake in the last month. It was found that the estimated intake of iron, vitamin E and folic acid pregnant women is less than the recommendations for daily reference intake. Estimated intake of vitamin D, vitamin E, folic acid and pantothenic acid in control group is less than the recommendations for daily reference intake. Record all the other macronutrients, vitamins and minerals is higher than the recommendations. Record of total fat of control group and pregnant women is considerably higher than recommendations. A possible reason of high intake is inability of women to assess the intake and portion size. Energy intake of pregnant women and women in the control group is appropriate in relation to the recommendations for daily reference intake. Based on the results of research it was concluded that unless the necessary advice and guidance gynecologist nutritionist about adequate nutrition during pregnancy.
