How do teachers evaluate support and collaboration in accordance to children with disabilities?

The aim of this research is to get information from primary teachers about support from experts according to children with disabilities and about collaboration with parents of children with disabilities. Research is focused on directions of further variables toward collaboration with parents: teacher’s knowledge about children with disabilities, their need for further education about inclusion, support from experts. The sample of this research contains N=40 teachers who work in integrative school and have experts support in their work. The structural questionnaire is created for the purpose of this research and contains set of opened type questions that are focused on teacher’s knowledge about children with disabilities, support from experts and collaboration with parents. Open type question will be analyzed by qualitative methodology. It is in expectations that teachers who have great level of support from experts, great knowledge about students with disabilities and express their need for furthermore education will be ready for qualitative collaboration with parents. The directions of this research will illuminate the collaboration between experts, teachers and parents from perspective of teachers and show guidance for further interventions to achieve better support to children with disabilities.
