The Theoretical Role of the Principal and its Realization in the Croatian Educational System
This research titled: “The theoretical role of the principal and its realization in the Croatian educational system”, examines the role of the school principal within the context of modern-day schooling. The theoretical explanation of the role of the principal in the Croatian educational system was analyzed through available literature on management, administration and leadership, and through the analysis of documentation such as legislation referring to the educational system, institutional bylaws, and chapters of school curricula referring to the work plan and curriculum of school principals.
