Individualization at Different Levels of Educational Work
Main aim of this study was to determine the hypotheses and the status of the individualized work in education at all levels of education of the experts and based on the obtained parameters within the framework of the scientific paradigm of kinesiological methodology and kinesiology as the substrate science projecting the prospects for further individualization of work in education, a minimum frequency of checking anthropological characteristics during the year was identified. What is concerning, however, is the fact that, before programming the work as many as 38% of class and kindergarten teachers do not check anthropological status. Since the insight into the anthropological characteristics is a precondition of individualized work, it is clear that any subsequent activity is scientifically unfounded. The results that show the classification of subjects in the homogenized group are unsatisfactory. According to the indicators, all the experts evaluate the material conditions as highly important. Assigning additional tasks as a factor of individualization is not carried out enough, and general involvement in other organizational forms of work is around 30%, which is not satisfactory especially when they are, among other, an important factor for creating lifelong habits for exercise as a prerequisite of modern life. The prospects of individualized work in kinesiological education is based on scientifically-founded diagnostics, the respect of individuality through the use of more complex methodological and organizational forms of work and classifying subjects into homogenized groups, continuing education and appropriate professional supervision, as well as ensuring the material needs of educational institutions with an ongoing scientific prism of all managed processes.
