Composite Beams with Partial Shear Interaction - Approximate Procedure for Bending Resistance Calculation
The paper proposes new approximate procedure for bending resistance calculation of composite beams with partial shear interaction. The procedure is obtained by adjustment of simplified linear model using correction coefficient. The reference model for calculation of correction coefficient is Johnson-Anderson model. Correction coefficient is obtained on deterministic level. The new model, called corrected linear model, is evaluated on probabilistic level comparing its reliability indices to the ones obtained using Johnson-Anderson and simplified linear calculation resistance models.
