Basket from ancient port in Zaton
The composition of the material (basket) based on 2-intermingled plies has been evaluated. The SEM immages was used for the morphological identification together with the EDX unit that was used for the elementary chemical analysis. The XRD was used for the structure analysis while the characteristic groups of the material were determined by FTIR spectroscopy. The rate of material decomposition was evaluated by TGA.
