New relationships on the business-to-business market
The development of new relationships on the business-to-business (B2B) market is the result of new business conditions in which success is possible only through cooperation with key partners. The key partners of any business are its suppliers and its B2B customers. Gaining and maintaining competitive advantages under the new conditions imposed by a dynamic environment is deemed possible through the synergistic effects of customer relationship management (CRM), supplier relationship management (SRM), awareness of competitive response, and the building of network relationships among common-interest businesses. The effect of change on the behaviour and responses of actors on the B2B market is identified by analysing previous research and processing the opinions of actors on the Croatian B2B market.
