Upravljanje ljudima – kako motivirati zaposlenike?
Motivation is essential for a quality approach to work in the organization and the biggest incentive for the quality of employees. Employee motivation is a key success factor for enterprises. Compensation as a means of motivation are the most common way to increase the working concentration and work activities. However, money as the most common form of compensation has effects on motivation only to a certain extent. An effective manager must find the limit of the maximum utilization of money as a means of motivation.
