The open procedure cost was considerable expensive than conservative treatment. Medication cost made 37, 9% and cost of hospitalization 27, 28% out of total hospital charge. Cost reduction of patients with maxillofacial fractures should be realized through urgent treatment protocols of maxillofacial trauma patients immediately after sustaining in injury and with early discharge to a lesser ranking hospitals or homecare when postoperative complications are not expected.
