Historical and Geographic Constraints and Competitive Advantage for Corridor Vc
If we analyse the project «Corridor Vc» from a historical perspective we could recognize some very relevant AUTOPOIETIC issues, where time and space are interconnected with surprising outcomes. This interpretation is inspired by Hegel's philosophy of history (the whole history is evidence of learning about freedom, where in the beginning only one was free, later several and now all could be free). If we imagine China, India, the US and Russia as the countries with the greatest number of inhabitants, we should find out which part of our planet is in the zero place. It is around Croatia, especially OSIJEK, (axis and echo, in Croatian 'os' and 'jeka'), where heaven is closest to land, and two dimensions could be (self) transformed into three dimensions. 2000 years ago the emperor Hadrian came to this area and for the first time in the history of Roman wars local population had not been killed. It was the beginning of Pax Romana. We know that in the Middle Ages there was Pax Britannica, after the first and second world wars there was Pax Americana and 10 years ago Cropax - the first successful peaceful reintegration in the history of OUN. Is it the pure coincidence? Is it related with the project Corridor Vc? The paper will attempt to connect these historical and geographic issues and try to motivate the participants of this conference to produce synergistic results combining different approaches into one point FREE DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL.
