Effects of Special Operations Basic training on physical fitness of Croatian special units members
Special unit forces are known for conducting the most intensive military training programmes which push the soldiers' mind and body to its limits. Special operations basic training (SOBT) represents selective and governing process of special unit members training. It is expected that such training programme would have great influence on physical fitness status. Determining the effects of SOBT on physical fitness of Croatian special unit members was the main goal of the research.
