Učestalost pojave boli kod plesača adolescenata
One hundred and eleven sport dancers (13 – 18 years old) with international competitive dance experience from twenty different countries participated in this study. The aim of the study was to define the proportions of pain status of 14 body regions for female and male separately by monitoring their pain status using the SEFIP questionnaire. According to Chi square test particular pain experience in ankles, lower and upper back region and neck was found to be gender-specific in sport dance adolescents. Female dancers reported most of the pain in ankles and feet (48.3%), followed by the lower (46.5%), and upper back (44.8%) and neck (43.1%), and male dancers were found to experience pain in the knees (39.6%), toes (35.8%) and lower back region (32.1) most frequently. Surveillance of pain status is needed to define musculoskeletal areas of stress caused by specific techniques and training process among competitive dancers.
