Attunement Between Teacher and Student in Teaching
Generally speaking the holistic paradigm demands changes in educational theory and practice. It is necessary to change our perception, consideration, cognition, activities, in one word, a complete approach to teaching and learning as inseparable parts of unique education process. New approach emphasises the human relation as the foundation of education. Education is predestinated by interaction and communication in an educational relationship and depends primarily on the personality of teacher. The importance of the role of teachers to realize changes has never been more obvious than today especially those who educate and qualify future teaches. Good teaching can not be reduce to technique. The presented action research has taken place in the natural teaching situation of pedagogical course during one academic year and based on the previous ones. There are many factors that influence teaching and bring to the attunement between teacher and their students as well as among students themselves. In this research these factors were restricted to the empathy and knowledge style which were tested and observed. The essay was one of the method to get an insight into the students study process and inner changes. The obtained results motivate to enhance the pedagogical course in teachers education. They require to reconsider the teachers role, especially those who teach future teachers, to rethink how to synchronize the contents and teaching methods with the nature of study field, to encourage teachers to see themselves as mentors and real authorities.
