Identification of multiple sources in transient evoked neuromagnetic responses

Neuromagnetic measurements and associated modeling procedures must be capable of resolving multiple sources in order to localize and accurately characterize generators of visual evoked activity. We have examined several complex human neuromagnetic field distributions evoked by small area sinusoidal gratings presented to different locations in the visual field. Our results suggest the existence of multiple sources.
