Experience as Information System Success Dimension
The goal of this study is to present the changes on consumer market and their influence on information system discipline. Utilitarian value of consumption (functional, instrumental, and practical benefits) is not enough, consumer seek the emotional hedonic value of consumption (experiential, and enjoymentrelated benefits) as well. Consumers want to live positive experiences through product/service consumption. World’s economy shifted focus to experience design. Experience should become central focus of information system design and information system evaluation as well. Planed primary outcomes of author’s research are: (1) guidelines for user experience oriented information system design ; (2) city tour guiding system development (case study) ; (3) Quality of Information System Experience construct definition information system success net benefits variable).
