Influence of the Load During Creep on the Dry Relaxation Properties of Two-Bar Warp-Knitted Fabric
The influence of loads during the creep process on the dry-relaxation process was investigated. For this purpose, the samples of warp-knitted fabrics (two-bar tricot), were relaxed during 1., 3., 6., 10. and 15 days after knitting. They were pre-loaded by width and length with amount 1%, 5%, 15%, 30% and 50 % of the breaking tenecity, during the time of 15 minutes. The period of relaxation was carried out during 60 minutes after unloading and was analyzed by means of the mathematical model. The computer program was made, by means of which the parameters of the model were calculated. The data obtained by the measurement and calculation show that the period of dry-relaxation considerably depends on tensile forces during the creep process.
