Lung function test and eosinophil cationic protein in a serum of asthmatic children

In 20 children with mild asthma and 20 normal subject we measured lung function test and serum eosinophil cationic protein. As a conclusion, measurement of serum ECP may be useful in assesment of airwy inflamation in astmatic children.
