Production of Dietary Fibres from Sugar Beet Pulp by Extrusion Cooking
The raw material were grinding in hammer milll up to the particle size dimension less that 1 mm and predominant particle size diametar was about 400 mikrometara.The influence of mass fraction of water in extruder and the extrusion temperature on the input quantity of specific mechanical energy and soluble dietary fibre contet in extrudated products were observed.
