PROJEKTIRANJE TEHNOLOŠKOG PROCESA STROJNOG DIJELA PREMA CRTEŽU

The theme of this thesis is "MECHANICAL DESIGN TECHNOLOGY PROCESS OF DRAWING BY" where there is a shaft for a continuous roll. Described is a full design of the technological process according to the method Halevi. Defined by the material of the shaft is made, in this case it is a steel tag C45 EN 10250-2:1999 Steel for that improvement. Material must meet the technical, mechanical, exploitative demands that occur in this type of machine parts applications. In developing this or similar machine elements appear to be different requirements for the processing of particle separation. Treatment must achieve the required accuracy and tolerances required for this product. The complexity of the product determines the complexity of making use of that extra production capacity, which means making the different machines and different processing operations. For the production of axles required to follow the procedures prescribed by the technology makes the list. In the making, an important parameter is the selection of cutting tools which should match the technology that is already carried out to match the needs that arise in technology development. The choice of better and faster tools has an impact on shortening production deadlines. After all, this election should pay attention to the selection of machines that we use for the treatment and processing capabilities for their individual operations. It is important to note that after the processing is done on individual machines detailed controls outlined dimensions of products to determine deviations from the set of parameters and verification of accuracy, and their corrections. The last thing comes to order the production costs alone, treatment and any other costs that are directly or indirectly involved in the production process, preliminary analysis of the costs. This thesis has been developed as a project task of the technological process to produce a single piece of machine parts with an analysis of all costs of construction.
