Users´ involvement in the requirement engineering process
Requirement engineering is the most important stage of a system or software developing process. A very serious problem involved in requirement engineering process is poor human communication within requirements. Sometimes, users can explore and fully understand the requirements agreeing on what they want and what they need but they can not express it at the right way. At the same time, developers become confident because they are not sure if they have properly understood users' needs, so they are not sure if they are solving the right problem. The problem of communication could be successfully settled if the methods used in requirement engineering process are able to recognize the users needs and transform them into requirements. CORE and VORD methods should be recommended when users are only consulted within the requirements engineering process.
