L_(2,3) Coster-Kronig transition probability at Z = 72

(Part of abstract) Radioactive decay of ^(179)Ta was used to generate K-shell hole states in hafnium atoms. A pair of germanium detectors was used for the coincident detection of K and L X rays. The f_2,3 transition probability has been determined. It is compared to the results of previous measurements.
