Enhanced procedure for double diffraction losses assessment
Deygout's method is one of the most frequently used approximate method for calculating multiple diffraction losses, but calculated losses are, in general, overestimated. This is especially obvious when there are two obstacles relatively close to each other, and with relatively equal highs. In this paper we propose a method for eliminating this discrepancy. In order to compare our results with results according to Deygout's and with numerical Vogler's method several combinations of double diffraction are presented.
