Profound Financial Knowledge Discovery Model As Significant Part Of The Strategic Corporate Criminal Intelligence Analysis
Objective of this work is to propose the right algorithmic and operational researching (OR, in short) model for profound (basically financial) knowledge discovery processes that are necessary for the Strategic Corporate Criminal Intelligence Analysis (CCIA, in short). Model was developed for the Strategic CCIA work of the Financial police of the Republic of Croatia. Algorithmic OR profound knowledge discovery model was explained in action diagrammatic manner with usage of pseudo-code. Profound financial knowledge discovery model uses the predictive capability of parametric and non-parametric (mainly statistical and heuristic) methodologies in the financial field and field of law. These methodologies are based mainly on methods and techniques of statistics, data mining and knowledge discovery. Strategic CCIA research data are connected with last three-year period of activity of the Financial police in the Republic of Croatia. Strategic CCIA was prepared for financial criminal incidents, financial criminal offenders or victims and for financial crime control methods. Providing expert OR and strategic capabilities, this model increases the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the financial strategic investigative operations.
