THE EFFECT OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND STRESS IN MANAGEMENT
This is the research paper about interpersonal communication, stress and emotional intelligence in business world. It shows the greatest definitions of interpersonal communication, stress and emotional intelligence and its implications on business world and business success. The research is done in Croatia in the company called Metro Cash and Carry, retail and wholesale company. The research shows how interpersonal communication is connected to stress. It also shows how both of mentioned (interpersonal communication and stress) affect the process of learning emotional intelligence. It is a combination of different facts which affect persons’ life daily, form different business tasks, personal problems and other things causing stress, which could be understood trough the explanation of interpersonal communication. Every person in the world is communicating with others, some more successful and some less successful, but the key point in this research paper is that communication can be taught, stress could be overcome, and emotional intelligence could be learned.
