The presentation deals with adding the value in the projects. The cycle with five crucial value-add timings is presented.The value-add timings are analyzed towards stakeholders and their behaviour.The particular attention is given to people-oriented interest, proactive stakeholder, recovery-oriented stakeholder and end user.The model of maximizing preferences is demonstrated, together with change agent leadership role.
