EFQM model for self-assessment

European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) was designed for the purpose of promotion of widely acceptable management accesses for European organizations that lead toward sustainable business excellence. Business excellence implementation requires total leadership devotion and acceptability of core concepts. EFQM Model for self-assessment represents a unique model that is generic and applicable to every organization. EFQM Model offers a unique insight of organization level of business excellence. Model represents a key driver for performance improvement in organization. This paper is concerned with the level of business excellence of organizations in Šibenik – Knin County. The research for this paper was conducted among small, medium and large organizations in Šibenik – Knin County. The research goal is to define the level of business excellence in organizations based on EFQM Model for self – assessment. The research will show satisfied level of excellence among organizations in Šibenik-Knin County.
